1972 Camaro - born as a 6cyl/3spd car in burnt orange. Drivetrain was pulled when new and replaced with a BBC to go racing. Car is showing 7,500 miles and I believe it to be close to real (who knows if the speedo cable was ever pulled), after 5 years on the track it was parked. The next owner bought the car as a roller and put in a 305 T350 drivetrain. It was enjoyed for a few years and then sat in storage until the current owner bought it. ZERO RUST EVER, 100% Original Sheet Metal - STRAIGHT AS AN ARROW! Quickly the 305 and trans were plucked and tossed, in went a BRAND NEW Chevy Vortec Crate 350 pushing around 400hp, behind it is a rebuilt and beefed 700R4 OD trans, and out back is the original rear upgraded with a posi unit. Painted in the latest Toyota “Rootbeer” truck color with metallic “ghost” stripes. Weather stripping is new, interior is original (and in perfect shape), power steering and power front disc brakes. Car needs nothing to be enjoyed today, but like all “toys” its ready for your personal touches - Rally Wheels maybe? Vintage AC? The choices are endless - it’s a Camaro afterall!
