SOLD - 1970 Z/28 Camaro - original LT-1 (360hp), 4-Spd, 12-bolt, Norwood car
SOLD - 1970 Z28 Camaro 350 LT-1 360hp , Muncie 4-spd, 12 Bolt Posi rear (3:73's). It has the original numbers matching drive train in the car but the original LT-1 block was decked during a rebuild he had done many years ago and was re-stamped with the ID of the machine shop - pretty common practice back then - and that's why it's not priced in the 40's. The body and paint work is very nice, the body is laser straight and the paint shines great, all the gaps are as they should. Original color scheme of Fathom Green with a Black interior, 4spd, buckets, console, p.steering, pdb, factory wheels, BFG radial TA's, short early spoiler matches the adjustable headrest seats (prior to high-back buckets that came out later in 70) - ZERO RUST ANYWHERE, and I know the grille should be painted black (easy fix) - this Z must be seen to be appreciated. This is a REAL Norwood built Z28 with the ID stamped on the cowl tag, it also has other tell-tale Z28 items like the 12-bolt (one year only!), front snubber block on the control arms, 8k tach, and the gas pedal is mounted on the floor like the pickups - ony Z’s had that scheme.
